• You may use ChattyPost to schedule and post content to your linked social media accounts.
• You are responsible for the content you post. Ensure it complies with platform rules (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and applicable laws.

2. Account Responsibility

• Keep your login information secure.
• You may unlink your accounts at any time.
• You are responsible for any activity under your account.

3. Content

• You retain ownership of your content. By using ChattyPost, you grant the app permission to post content on your behalf.
• ChattyPost may process content to generate suggested captions, tags, or other enhancements only upon your request.

4. Deletion & Retention

• Posted content is retained for 30 days after publication.
• Scheduled content and chat history are managed according to our Privacy Policy.
• Users may delete content, chat history, or their entire account at any time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use ChattyPost to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Spam, scrape, or otherwise abuse social media platforms

6. Limitation of Liability

• ChattyPost is provided "as-is."
• We are not responsible for social media platform outages, data loss, or third-party actions.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will be posted at chattypost.vercel.app/terms.
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
