2. How We Use Your Data

  • Enable scheduling and posting of content to your linked social media accounts
  • Generate suggested captions, tags, or other enhancements only on your request
  • Provide you with chat history and content management tools
  • Improve app functionality and debug issues

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Content Retention

  • Posted content: Retained for 30 days after publication to allow users to repost if desired.
  • Scheduled content: Retained until deleted by the user.
  • Chat history: Stored indefinitely unless the user requests deletion.

4. User Control

  • Unlink accounts anytime: You may revoke access to your social media accounts at any time.
  • Delete content: You may delete individual scheduled or posted content whenever you want.
  • Delete chat history: You may clear your chat history at any time using the "Clear History" feature or by contacting us.
  • Delete account: You may delete your account entirely, which will remove all your data from ChattyPost systems.

5. Security

We store your data securely and implement reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access tokens and credentials for social media accounts are encrypted and used only to post content on your behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at chattypost.vercel.app/privacy. Major changes affecting how your data is stored or shared will be communicated to users and may require your consent.
