How to remove a scheduled post from the calendar

Option 1: Remove from the calendar

   Open the Calendar tab

   In your ChattyPost dashboard, you can view all your scheduled posts on the calendar

   Find the post you want to remove

   Find the date the post is scheduled for and click on it.

   Delete the post

   Click the "Delete" button on the post. The post will be removed from the queue immediately and will not be published.

Option 2: Ask the chatbot

You can also cancel a scheduled post by sending a message in the chat. For example:

• "Cancel my Instagram post scheduled for tomorrow"
• "Delete the TikTok video I scheduled for Friday"
• "Remove the post about [topic] from the queue"

ChattyPost will confirm which post it found and ask you to confirm before deleting it.

Can I reschedule instead of deleting?

Yes. Instead of deleting, you can ask the chatbot to move a post to a different time. For example: "Move my Instagram post to Saturday at 3pm." The post will be updated in the calendar without needing to re-upload your media.

What if the post already published?

Once a post has been published, it cannot be removed through ChattyPost — you will need to delete it directly from the platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). ChattyPost does not have permission to delete already-published content.
