Data Deletion Request

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and all associated social media profiles
• All scheduled and published post history
• Connected social media accounts and access tokens
• Chat history and conversation data
• Billing information (your subscription is cancelled immediately)
• Login sessions across all devices
• Any account preferences and settings

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, it will be cancelled immediately and no further charges will be made. Unused time is non-refundable per our Terms of Service.

How to delete your account

   Sign in to ChattyPost

   Go to chattypost.co/auth and sign in with your email.

   Open Settings

   Click your profile icon or navigate to Settings from the dashboard sidebar.

   Scroll down to bottom of Settings

   At the bottom of the Settings page, find the "Delete Account" section.

   Confirm deletion

   Click "Delete my account", then confirm when prompted. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Can't access your account?

If you're unable to log in and need your data deleted, contact us directly at our contact page with your registered email address. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Data retention after deletion

Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (containing no personally identifiable information) may be retained indefinitely.
